Do not be concerned if some documents are missing — we will indicate what to locate during the meeting.

This depends on the nature and complexity of the matter. Correspondence-based disputes with the CPF Board may be resolved within several weeks; matters requiring formal hearings or mediation tend to take longer. We provide a realistic timeline assessment once we have reviewed the case documents.

Each service is offered at a stated fee, which covers the scope described. If a matter becomes substantially more complex than initially assessed, we would discuss any adjustment with you before proceeding. We do not invoice for incidental correspondence or brief telephone updates within an active engagement.
